Who we are
Restock ERP is a product of Shapeshift Digital (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2017/482015/07), based in Durbanville, Cape Town, South Africa. You can reach us at info@shapeshift.co.za. For this website and the information you give us through it, Shapeshift Digital is the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect
- What you type into our forms: business name, your name, work email, mobile number, industry, order volume, your role, number of stockists, how you take orders today, and anything you write about your challenge.
- If you only finish the first step of the form: we keep the details from that step (business name, your name, email and mobile) so we can follow up on the walkthrough you started.
- How you found us: the advert or link you clicked (Google click IDs and campaign tags), the page you landed on and the page that sent you.
- How the site is used: pages viewed and clicks, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records sessions with form fields masked, so what you type is not recorded.
What we use it for
- To set up and hold the walkthrough you asked for, and to contact you about it.
- To ask for your product and price lists so the walkthrough uses your own data.
- To measure which adverts and pages work, so we spend less on the ones that don’t.
- To send you updates about Restock ERP, but only if you ticked the updates box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for anything you didn’t ask for.
Who processes it for us
These operators process information on our behalf, under agreements that require them to keep it secure:
- Our own website form system, which runs on our website hosting, and our own internal lead system. Your form details stay with us rather than going to an outside sales platform.
- Google (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, including Enhanced Conversions, which matches a hashed copy of your email and phone number to an ad click)
- Microsoft (Clarity)
- Cal.com, if you book a time
- YouTube, only if you press play on a video. Nothing from YouTube loads before then.
Information sent outside South Africa
Google, Microsoft and Cal.com may process information outside South Africa. We only use providers bound by data-protection rules that give a level of protection comparable to POPIA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case your client agreement applies. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to us using it, and withdraw consent for updates at any time. Email the Information Officer at info@shapeshift.co.za.
If you’re not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za.
Security
Information sent through this site is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry details is limited to the people who need it to follow up with you.
